convenient stay near the pier
ideal location good size
The location was ideal, right by south pier. the rooms were a good size, and it was quiet during the night. clive was helpful. Parking had plenty of spaces.
the hotel did not change bedsheets during my four-day stay. i asked for new sheets, but staff refused. there were no tissues in the room.

the owner clive was amazing and very helpful. he greeted guests with a warm welcome. clive provided recommendations for local areas to visit.

dusty areas lacking maintenance
the location was acceptable though i expected it to be closer to the main attractions.
The cleanliness was not great. I found some areas dusty and the bathroom floor sticky. also, the promised daily towel change did not happen, and i had to ask for fresh towels after the second day. the overall maintenance seemed lacking, because a lightbulb in the hallway flickered constantly.
